I went to First Detailing Studio to have them wrap my new Model 3 performance. Before bringing the car in they welcomed me to come in and take a look at current vehicles they were doing and showed me a Tesla they were working on at that time.The experience was better than I could have asked for. They were very responsive to my changing timeline and worked with me on making the pick up easy. I know they worked overtime to get the whole vehicle done and I cannot express how appreciative I am of the quick turn around!Pricing was in line with other shops, but the quality was far higher than some other shops I went to and it's apparent they have a lot of experience with Teslas!Overall I highly recommend and I look forward to using their services again in the future!read more

I took in my tired looking X6M for the full package. Paint restoration, re-wrap on the full front end, ceramic coating, chrome delete, tinting the tail and signal lights and cleaning up the curb brushes on my wheels and powder coating them black (stock were alloy). The results were amazing. My vehicle looks brand new again, including the wheels. I did have an issue with the wrap on the mirrors but Alex and the guys were great. They let me show up without an appointment and got the guys on it right away to redo both mirrors (one was peeling and the other had a small air bubble). They came highly recommended by a guy I work with and I would also recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work on their premium vehicle.read more

Had my BMW windows tinted. Alex got me in short notice. Had to wait two and a half hours but the waiting area is pretty fancy and superb WiFi, so I was able to take client conference calls and work. The actual work done for tinting is top notch. When you're watching the team work on Ferrari's and pricey vehicles, you can sense the quality and attention to detail going on behind the scenes. I only gave them five stars ... because six wasn’t an option. I’ve had many cars detailed over the years but I have to say this is one of the very best I have had. It’s a black car so it is difficult to get that deep shine back but they did an amazing job of getting it to look like new. I will certainly recommend them and use their services again. The previous owner painted the car, didn't seal it, and left deep swirl marks. The paint was also beginning to fade from the weather and several washes. First Detailing Studio gave me a free quote. They removed the deep swirls, fixed the fade, and I received a Silver Ceramic Pro Package. My car now looks more than brand new. Blown away with the end result. They stuck with their original quote even when an extra hour of work was needed to remove those deep swirls. Highly recommend!read more

The first thing I noticed when I got to their shop was the 2 beautiful BMW's parked out front with really nice tint! It was perfect.Then I walked into the shop and let me tell you, it's not what you'd expect! It's beautiful and clean and very well organized. I can tell the owner, Val takes pride in his business. Inside everything is arranged and spotless! There's another beautiful BMW M5 inside the shop on display. Gorgeous car! The staff were very professional and I can tell they have a passion for what they do. If you want a good job on your window tinting, paint protection, or wrap, this is the place to go. You can’t say enough about the quality of service provided at First Detailing Studios. Through my own fault, I ruined the exterior finish of my car. I'm the happy owner of the BMW 435 and can't stop thinking of how to keep my car in pristine condition in our moody Edmonton's climate. A friend of mine treated his car with Ceramic Pro coating and the result blew me away.So I brought my car to these guys to see what they offer and decided to go with full front paint protective film package, Ceramic Pro treatment of the entire vehicle as well as windshield protective film. As a car enthusiast, I was very pleased with a thorough explanation of how their products work and also given a chance to witness application process on other vehicles. I couldn't believe my eyes when they showed me the abilities of their paint protective film as it "heals" scratches by itself once it exposed to any source of heat. Dont waste your money. Paid almost $1000 to get Harley ceramic coated first or second ride out got rock chip in tank and literally about 5 or 6 small ones on black fork tube. Stuff is garbage. Just 3m wrap it your better off

Brought my 2015 BMW F82 M4 Coupe in for Paint Correction and Ceramic Pro Gold. The car looks better than the day I collected it from the showroom. The entire car is swirl/scratch free, and the shine from the Ceramic Pro is unreal! The team at FDS really outdid themselves and went as far as sanding and smoothing out my damaged carbon fibre front lip (Didn't tell them to do it, but they went the extra mile). Highly recommend this place for any/all your detailing and paint protection needs! Super professional, efficient, and great customer service. Ceramic Pro is definitely a pricey thing to invest in, but if you love your car, it is worth every penny!read more

I first contacted Tommy in October and we have been dealing back and forth regarding the type of protection, trim color and other services for my Tesla Model 3 that was en route. Dealt with Tommy over the phone. I live out of town so they were gracious enough to pick up the vehicle at the dealership. They had it all coated and back to the dealer so I could drive it off the lot protected. Great customer service and great product!

I was looking to get my Mercedes Benz GL for body protection and found 3 different companies and decided to go ahead with First Detailing Studio. First I visited first Detailing Studio show room to see what kind of shop it is and also what projects they are working on. What I noticed was a new convenient location and a specious parking lot. Was definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the customer waiting area with coffee and snacks. Manager named Alex explained all different options in terms of packages they do for cars,rims and tinting windows. The guys took me thru the jobs they are working on and gave me a step by step explanation of what is going to be done on my vehicle. I ended up leaving my Mercedes Benz GL for Platinum Xpel package, 5 year Ceramic coverage, Windshield protection film and all windows tint. I am very happy with what they've done with my Mercedes. Highly recommend Alex and First Detailing Studio for anyone who is looking for best quality work and services. It was definitely worth it every dollar I spent!read more

This coating is absolutely amazing! If you don’t want to spend countless hours washing, waxing and polishing your vehicles but love the right off the show room floor look. This is what you need. Hands down the best decision I made for my vehicle. It looks better now than the day I picked it up from the dealership. It’s a bit pricey but the amount you save on car washes and waxes definitely makes up for the price in the long run. It not only looks great but helps protects your paint on your vehicle.
