Paintless Dent Removal, PPF
This Tesla Model Y was brought into our shop with some minor dings. We utilized a method called paintless dent removal (PDR) to repair the dents on the body. It works by gently pushing the dent out from the underside of the car panel, eliminating the need for sanding and painting.
Once the body damage was fully repaired, we installed XPEL Stealth Paint Protection Film. This stunning satin finish film totally transformed this Tesla’s appearance, giving it a stunning and sleek look overall.

Professional. Polite. Clean shop. I went with the xpel prime xr plus ceramic coat on my front door windows. They really did a fantastic job. Upon arrival I also asked for some other work to be done (badge removal and new door sill protector install) and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future again.

Brought my black wrx in the get paint correct because it was badly scratched and swirled from previuos owner bringing it throught an automatic carwash. Theses guys made it completely flawless and looks brand new now and also they were very helpful with a rental car and gave me a discount for the rental amd picked me up ajd dropped me off too. Ill definetly be returning and tellijg my friemds to go there too. These guys are masters of their craft. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional, and the shop is very clean and comfortable. I had Ceramic Pro Silver and window tint applied on my 2017 340xi a while back, and recently returned for an interior detail, engine detail and Ceramic Pro Sport application. The car looks nearly brand new inside and out, and I'm not exaggerating. I won't take my BMW anywhere else. The ONLY criticism I have would be the lack of, or slow responses via email. I'm someone that prefers to have written record of correspondence/services, so I guess I am finnicky. Communication is great, otherwise.

Needed tail lights tinted, they completed the work within 2 hours, and did an excellent job. They had previously tinted my car windows a few years prior as well.Will likely engage with them again for paint correction and at least an interior detail shortly, which I get done professionally at least once a year.They do very meticulous work, and it’s a local friends/family business and I highly recommend their services.

Had our annual ceramic coating touch up done on our Ram 3500. The staff were friendly, efficient and thorough. Really happy with the service. I appreciate that they are open Saturdays as it’s difficult to find time during the week with a busy schedule. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back!!

Expel wrapped my entire new truck, and it turned out really good. Had some black vinyl wrapping done on badges and tinted taillights as well.Great jod, really clean professional place and the team was really great to deal with. This place does not mess around and does high quality workOnly issue I have is my taillight tint was stretched to tight and has large air pockets less than a week after it was done.Highly recommend for this type of work.

I recently had Xpel film installed on my motorcycle. Overall, the work was great, although some issues arose during the initial installation. What blew me away was the customer service that followed. Not only did Val and his team rectify the issue, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.I understand that issues can arise with any job. With that said, you can do business with First Detailing and have the peace of mind that this company will not stop short until you are satisfied. I dropped off my brand new Ford F350 with the guys at First Detailing to get their Platinum PPF package, Gold Ceramic Coat package and have my front windows tinted to match the factory rears. I spoke to Val a couple weeks before I received the truck to go over my options and what I wanted. The guys were able to get my truck in on a days notice once I was finally able to pick it up from the dealership. Val was very easy to work with even when I wanted to make a couple changes after truck had already been dropped off.When it was time to pick up the truck I was blown away, the ceramic coat made the paint look like glass and was ten times better than it looked when I picked up the truck from the dealership. The PPF that was installed was almost invisible with all seems tucked in and folded over the backside of the body panels where possible. The tint on the front windows is a perfect match to the factory rear windows.Overall I would recommend First Detailing to all my friends and family and plan to be back with my wife's vehicle. My only regret is that I didn't get a picture of the truck while it was still in their showroom.

Alex and his guys did the most PHENOMENAL JOB doing the Ceramic Coating on my brand new Denali here at their shop. Just picked it up today and it looks AMAZING! Short story: purchased a brand new truck from GMC and they did the 3M coating on the truck at the dealership. The job they did was so poor, the 3M was completed REMOVED and the truck was bought to ALEX and he completely FIXED THE TRUCK, RE DID THE COATING (CORRECTLY and BETTER) and DID A PERFECT JOB!Truck couldn’t look any better and they were professional, friendly, helpful and really cared about their workmanship.Definitely take your auto here if you want perfect service and craftsmanship.

Brought my new Challenger Hellcat into First Auto for a full ceramic and paint protection film application. Spoke with Valentin who helped me decide the best protection plan to go with; the end results exceeded what I was expecting. Came here to do my window tints and I was very skeptical at first. I thought other reviews were a little too good to be true but after having my tints done, I am floored by how well of a job they did. Their professionalism as well as customer service was phenomenal. Valentin was a great host. He provided timely updates, offered me snacks as well as drinks while I waited. The wait was a little long (3hrs to be exact) however I do not hold that against them because you are told when booking and are reminded when you arrive. Also, the environment is very clean and everyone is very pleasant so it made the entire wait worthwhile. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for tinting or any other car detailing issues you wish to resolve. I definitely would be back with other cars for more tinting and it’s a plus that they have lifetime warranty.

I’ve had a couple of cars worked on here. My 2013 X5M and a 2019 BMW M240i. I had the ceramic coating and paint correction with interior clean on the X5M. Car was excellent before but these guys took it to a new level. Then, had the window protection added to the M240i. Can be pricey but they do excellent work.

I had First Detailing Studio delete all the chrome on my new Lexus. Amazing how blacking out the chrome trim makes the car look so much sportier. They even debadged the lettering for FREE!!! The quality of work is unbelievable, literally looks factory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!

I was looking to get my Mercedes Benz GL for body protection and found 3 different companies and decided to go ahead with First Detailing Studio. First I visited first Detailing Studio show room to see what kind of shop it is and also what projects they are working on. What I noticed was a new convenient location and a specious parking lot. Was definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the customer waiting area with coffee and snacks. Manager named Alex explained all different options in terms of packages they do for cars,rims and tinting windows.

I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding professional work Tommy and his crew do here. They went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was absolutely pristine. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze and the level of customer service they give is unmatched. They managed to fit me in short notice not once but twice, stayed late to make sure my vehicle arrived and was locked indoors, fixed all of the imperfections and damage caused by the dealership, they did it all. Above and beyond all our expectations.

These guys are fantastic, and did an amazing job on my truck. Had the PPF put on over all the more common areas for chips and scratches, then had the Ceramic Gold package added as well. Had everything done in a very timely manor with outstanding customer service. Even came out to Nisku to pick up the truck for me. Thanks again everyone. Will definitely recommend to others, and be back myself!

This coating is absolutely amazing! If you don’t want to spend countless hours washing, waxing and polishing your vehicles but love the right off the show room floor look. This is what you need. Hands down the best decision I made for my vehicle. It looks better now than the day I picked it up from the dealership. It’s a bit pricey but the amount you save on car washes and waxes definitely makes up for the price in the long run. It not only looks great but helps protects your paint on your vehicle. I’ve had paint protection through dealerships and it’s a HUGE waste of money. The guys are very honest thorough and great to deal with. I had my Tacoma done here and I absolutely love the finished product! The crew here made sure to cover every inch of my truck with fine detail, not missing a single spot. They went above and beyond and gave me an interior detail on top of my gold package!!! My truck was ready exactly when promised. Great service, great product, and these guys definitely know how to make your vehicle like new!!!
